Abstract:	本專題整合數位電錶、需量控制器、Web-Based、PLC，透過ModBus通訊協定，將現有RS-485傳輸介面的數位電錶跟RS-232傳輸介面的PLC在不更改硬體設備下，直接將訊號發送到Web-Based上。數位電錶經由ModBus通訊協定將資料傳至PC通訊軟體(VB)中，並在PC通訊軟體裡進行資料處理及上傳Web-Based。在本專題中，須使用兩個執行程式:(1)使用Visual Basic中的WinSock進行資料的收發及上傳；(2)HTML網頁程式。使用上述程式，來建構整合型網路電路監控，此套系統可以擴大監控的範圍與設置的便利性，並增加監控系統的附加價值與使用效能。
