Abstract:	在二年級期末時有聽到老師在說校外實習的事情，就想說剛好我有在員林的四季岩燒店打工，所以便申請了校外實習。這間岩燒餐廳就正是因為彰化縣只有我實習的店有在經營，我覺得很新鮮也讓喜歡吃原味牛排的我更有興趣，更讓我了解牛的各個部位適合用來做那些牛排，便在這裡我學到了很多專業的知識這次的實習中讓我想針對牛的部位可以做哪些肉來探討，知道哪些部位比較好吃哪邊油花比較多、哪邊比較嫩等等，藉由這次的機會了解牛肉的口感以及特性
