Abstract:	對於還沒開始做這個專題時，只知道現今的世界所需的就是能永續發展的能源，因為石油是有限的，選擇小球藻的時候，是看到小球藻的穩定性高，培養的時間比較短，而這樣的特性能讓我們拿來培養發酵產生一種能源來使用，這種能源叫做生質柴油，這種替代的能源能大大的舒緩我們對於地球上永無止盡的需求，這段時間跟著陳志義老師找出小球藻最佳的保存條件，再經過培養復育，希望能找出最有效的保存方法。感謝陳志義老師的從旁指導，以及遇到問題能陪我們找出解決方案，讓我們能順利完成這次的實驗。
