Title: 稻草纖維素的解結晶對酸水解影響之研究

Abstract: 本專題以自行調配的離子溶液設法瓦解稻草的纖維素結晶構造而溶於水,再以自行訂定的實驗條件,用鹽酸來進行酸水解,結果發現鹽酸濃度愈高或反應的時間愈長將導致水解溶液的顏色變黑,還原醣的轉化率下降,應是還原醣的化學結構被破壞,水解的還原醣溶液中含有不溶的顆粒雜質應是稻草中的不溶性木質素,而在濃鹽酸1.14%、80℃水解90分鐘的條件下可得到44.44%的還原醣,在100℃水解的時間只要5分鐘即可得到37.31%的還原醣,60分鐘可得到41.71%的還原醣
