Abstract:	行實證分析應能提供較為完整且正確的結果，使投資人對於認購權證與股票市場之間的關係有更清楚的認識。股票報酬率是投資人最關心的課題，而波動性是衡量投資風險的重要依據，成交量的變化可用來判斷訊息是否已傳遞至市場，故本研究針對這三者進行實證分析，期待能找出認購權證市事件所帶來的資訊效果。為本論文的研究動機。
