Abstract:	研究意義：這次實習的內容主要以櫃檯接待為主,其工作內容主要分為一.接待人員:負責房客入住和退房的處理,幫客人入住時介紹房間位置跟房內和飯店內設施。二.訂房人員:負責客人來店要訂房的處理,詢問客人和何時入住跟需要什麼樣的房型。三.行李員:負責房客入住和退房的行李的搬運,含有房內一切任何問題。四.大廳清潔:負責一樓大廳跟商務中心的清潔整理,還有巡視樓層。
