Abstract:	現今社會雖然比以前進步許多，但是在犯罪上仍然在發生，在沒有攝影機的暗巷，獨身女性往往都是受到傷害的一方，甚至在吵雜的夜市都會發生攻擊事件，如果隨身攜帶小型電擊棒，能有效嚇阻歹徒攻擊，起到自衛防身的效果。本專題利用IC555振盪電路產生(聲頻)震盪信號再用聲頻變壓器以及電壓倍增電路取得高電壓低電流輸出脈波，以此產生”電擊棒”的效果。又因為電路相對於市售電擊棒簡單，故可視為簡易防身電擊棒。現今市面上的電擊棒較為昂貴，而且電壓都是50萬伏特以上的電壓起跳，根據研究結果，其實只需要幾千到一兩萬伏特的電壓就可達到防身嚇阻的作用了。
