Abstract:	本專題有關晶圓光電之技術研究，學會 Light Tools 光學軟體建構各種模型、微結構、分析模型、再利用 Excell 能量數據去完成對每種模型的發光效率統計與相關性能為課題。本研究選擇 LED 結構最佳化來當作本專題的目的是，曾經參加創新燈具比賽中是利用 LED 去完成作品，但是在賽後發現 LED 只有亮度而沒有照度，所以利用在晶圓光電所學習到的模型技術在結構上面去做一些改變，以期是否有達到研究所要的需求與性能。
