Abstract:	全球化影響下，零售服務產業競爭日益激烈，學校與政府無不積極提升學生的國際競爭力，海外實習便是提升學生語言、國際觀以及專業競爭力的其中一種方式，對相關科系學生來說，能到國外體驗不同的生活，也是一種自我實現跟夢想。然而海外實習並不如想像中那樣美好或容易，在陌生的環境面對強大的工作壓力挑戰，還必須獨立應付生活當中各種適應問題，究竟短短不到六個多月的時間對於海外實習學生能有多少的幫助? 希望藉由透過海外實習提升自身的專業能力、藉由文化交流培養國際移動力。
