Abstract:	人力資源系統可以管理考勤、抓取相關人事資料、勞健保…等，相關新人報到時需建置的資料建檔完成，同仁需抓取的相關報表也能協助完成。免稅額申報表沒有全面由我做發放，我負責後續處理，因為這樣我有了提案改善的流程，讓之後的作業能夠順利進行。協助職能專案可以知道各部門的工作、職能的基礎概念，原來有很多時候都可以用職能的角度去看待一件事。透過實習執行的內容，發覺到小細節、細心的重要性，為了避免重工，必須要提前確認好更新的部分，需要耐心輸入大量資料，清楚每項新增的欄位，以利各項工作順利進行。
