Abstract:	實習生洪綾婕專題報告，實習單位為石二鍋，實習時間於103 年7 月01 日至104 年5 月 15 日共計1250 小時，目前還在任職中。石二鍋創立於2009 年，從台中開?了火鍋新吃法，傳承了懷舊石頭鍋的先炒再煮，揉合了日式涮涮鍋的極簡體驗，堅持每一片肉品、每一類時蔬皆嚴格品管或取得認證，給最新鮮、安心、品質，堅持一炒、二香、三煮、四鮮的烹調手法，好安心、好涮嘴。在這次實習工作中學到了自我的責任感、信心、獨立，人對於每樣事情不是天生就會，都是熟能生巧去磨練，工作就是要靠不斷得學習去累積經驗，這經驗是自己獨力創造出努力得來的成績，會是在課堂上學不到的經驗。
