Abstract:	鑫揚興實業股份有限公司成立於1991年，專業積極研發、製造工業用濾水系列設備，秉持誠信原則，不斷提升產品品質及性能，精益求精，追求卓越，以期提升生產效率及市場競爭力，促進公司永續經營的目標。藉由三明治實習教學，提前體驗踏入社會的生活，學習人與人之間的互動與溝通，對事件的反應度和處理的態度。把在學校裡所學的應用在產業上，讓學生學習學校課本外的知識，利用實習的機會增加自己對工作的實務經驗，為之後就業做準備，了解哪些地方需要加強，如何提升能力，在實習的這幾個月，希望找到屬於自己未來適合的路。
