Abstract:	幾年來台灣生活步調緊湊，家庭上班族大多都選擇速食餐，到處各地都有創新小吃美食，餐廳市場反而也大不如前，國人的消費型態也越來越差異化，如何從平價餐廳裡脫穎而出將會是為來公司的一項考題，在朋泰泰式風味料理店實習了一年，從一開始挫折滿滿的新人，到現在能隨時掌握狀況的店員，面對百百種的客人，迅速的應變能力很重要，對我來說學到的真的不只有端盤出菜，而當初懵懵懂懂的不知道學校與社會的差距，想把在課業上學習的知識利用在現實生活中奉獻社會，此次的實習將會是最好的經驗。
