Abstract:	在日新月異的驅使下，凡是都要求快速，能夠利用較小機械設備，做出較大的效益，是多麼令人期待的。然而要動用到上百萬機械設備來做出少量多樣的機械加工製品，實在是浪費成本及降低經濟效益。因此本專題藉由汽缸的帶動、汽缸的裁切與可程式控制做為機械設備之研究動力，完成“可程式控制半自動裁切機，同時也可裁切不同線徑與尺寸長短之特性，目前市面上進口專用機只能設定裁切單一線徑素材，功能受限。本研究可達到實際裁切要求之精度，並以最節省成本方式來達成最高的效率。
