Abstract:	由於產業及工作型態的多元化發展，勞動型態也從過去穩定及全時的傳統形式，逐漸轉換為多樣化的型態，而人力派遣工作需透過從事人力派遣業務的企業提供，藉由商業方式，將臨時派遣工作者送到用人單位，並從事用人單位指派之工作，不僅加速了人力派遣業在全國的競爭力，更是奠定台灣的基礎。在104 年七、八月的實習裡，能夠到藝珂人是台中分公司-人才招募部進行兩個月的暑期實習，而在這兩個月的實習過程中，讓我更加明白人力派遣業在各家企業裡所扮演的角色以及重要性。藝珂台中分公司單位組織為:資深經理Sammantha；招募團隊Mandy Chen、Vincent Hung、Gemma 及Maxwell 所組成；行政團隊Sherry Chen 及Candy 組成；高階經理人獵才由經理Medeline Chen；招募團隊Cathy、Martina 及Sally組成。
