Abstract:	新加坡人口結構分別為馬來人、印度人、華人及其他種類群族，因為新加坡種族多元化，所以我才決定要去新加坡海外實習，就是要讓自己到不同的世界開眼界學習，體驗不同國家的文化、強化外語能力以及提高抗壓力。實習公司為Sandpiper Hotel，工作為客房服務及櫃檯，以下為工作內容： 1.客房服務：點貨、補貨、打掃飯店周圍、確認房間名單、清理房間、清點髒的毛巾床單數量。 2.櫃檯：確認進退客名單以及續住名單、隨時檢查信箱是否有客人預約、確認房間是否乾淨、賣房間。
