Abstract:	本次實習因修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系之實習合作，得以台灣發展研究院實習，實習時間自104年7月6 日至104 年8月28 日止，本次實習單位為資訊科技研究所，屬人才發展品質管理系統（簡稱TTQS）以及小型企業人力提升計畫（簡稱小人提），主要實習內容為小人提輔導助理。經由實習助理輔導過程中，參訪許多單位，在單位中學到許多內部運作方面技術及本身TTQS 基本概念。TTQS 內容包含PDDRO五種層面，分別為P（Plan）計畫、D（Design）設計、D（Do）執行、R（Review）查核、O（Outcome）成果，在擔任實習助理期間見識到許多企業單位如何對內部的教育訓練，在輔導過程中與學員互動也有基本應對能力。
