Abstract:	104年7開始實習課程，進入OK 便利商店接受新進人員訓練之後，瞭解到便利商店的運作，也認識到門市的值班輪替流程與各種商品間的銷售與流動。在適應工作內容的期間，我也學到了很多，像是如何清洗店內各種機器設備、進貨與上貨等等，在實習過程裡遭遇的突發狀況當中學習如何應變處事，面對顧客反應時的處理，都是非常寶貴的經驗。
