Abstract:	透過學校媒合得到了校外實習的機會，我選擇的是全家，擔任的職務是正職。在實習當中最大的收穫就是遇到一些事情能夠自己處理，對於比較無理的客人我也能忍住脾氣，好好的為他解釋與服務。在實習中看到最大的問題點是人手不足，公司有些高層主管又不重視著這個問題，以至於大家都很累然後離職，一直惡性循換。透過這次的實習讓我更了解未來在找尋工作的方向。
