Abstract:	內文敘述兩間日本飯店的經營風格，分別是日本群馬縣的萬座亭與九州阿蘇的GRANDVRIO，我在兩間飯店內從事房務人員與清潔工，工作內容主要是房間的掃除與還原，兩間的實行方式也是截然不同。在實習工作內容部分，分別提出萬座亭的SWOT 分析與GRANDVRIO 的SOP 標準作業流程，並提出自己對於兩間飯店現營運的看法。在工作日誌表的部分也表達出我在日本的工作方面遇上了什麼樣的困難，並如何解決這些事情與反省自已是不是能做得更好，也從中學習到了甚麼。
