Abstract:	校外實習是讓我們可以體驗及提早進入職場上的工作環境，它主要的目的是進一步培養自己的專業技術能力，自我管理能力及溝通協調能力。另外校外實習讓我學習與人相處的技巧，團隊協作精神，待人處事的能力等，尤其是觀察，分析和解決問題的實際工作能力，提高自己在工作上的能力。通過實習，讓自己找出自身狀況與社會實際需要的差距，並在以後的學習期間及時補充相關知識，為求職與正式工作做好充分的知識、能力準備，從而縮短從校園走向社會的心理適應期。
