Abstract:	我的實習企業為清新溫泉飯店，位於台中市烏日區溫泉路2號，實習的單位為客務部的櫃檯接待人員，工作的內容是：櫃檯人員主要負責排房、住宿登記及退房等作業，此外櫃檯也須應付旅客諮詢及處理顧客抱怨，並提供有關訂房、換房及外幣兌換等服務。櫃檯的作業繁瑣，服務人員經常需要面對客人，因此櫃檯人員必須要有正確的工作態度、良好的顧客應對技巧、優秀的外語能力和抗壓力，還必須要能有效率的同時處理多樣事情，是一項充滿挑戰性的專業工作。我在飯店櫃檯裡學到了很多的人事物，例如有一些待人處事的道理、對於客人的需求要耐心的傾聽、以及服務業最重要的是以客為尊，隨時要保時笑臉迎人。有了這些的經歷後，相信之後去別的地方工作也會更加的得心應手。
