Abstract:	我所選擇的實習單位是”網訊電通的花旗即享金”專案，這是學校媒合裡唯一一個業務性質的工作，聽起來很有挑戰性，也是我選這份工作的原因，從7月6日開始到公司報到後，做了兩星期的教育訓練，然後就下 Team 開始打電話做績效，其實工作內容很簡單，就是一直打電話跟客戶接觸，並說服客戶買我們的產品，當然本身需要對產品有相當的專業知識，還有對客戶的掌握度...等，這些都是需要經驗累積的，在這實習的11個月裡，學到很多跟客戶溝通的技巧，很多產業的知識，收獲相當的多。
