Abstract:	為了因應學校的實習需求，我選擇了海外實習這條路，希望能透過平時不常有的機會到海外走走看看。因為喜歡日本文化，我便想直接親身去體驗日本的工作職場，究竟是否真如大家所言，及和日本人相處究竟又和台灣人相處有什麼樣的差別，日本企業經營模式，重點是什麼，跟台灣又有什麼區別，這麼大的飯店靠什麼去成功，帶動周邊觀光，為人非常友善客氣的日本人，到底都是怎麼服務，用了多少的心血與腦汁，去盡心滿足每位客人，這些都是我想去一探究竟的。
