Abstract:	這篇專題製作的啟發,是因為要讓大家更了解旅行社,了解此行業內部的訓練與規則,每一間旅行事都有她厲害的地方,有的是做國旅,國外旅遊等等的,我在花翎學到很多,讓我從甚麼都不會跟現在的我有所不同,希望這篇報告能讓大家更瞭解花翎,更了解我們領隊是在做甚麼的,不是開開心心的出們而已,要知道的事情很多,要做好顧客的喜怒哀樂,是需要經驗實際超做累積而來的,希望對大家有所幫助見解。
