Abstract:	面對顧客多元的需求，富邦人壽挑戰的是更細緻、創新的服務定位，秉持「以客為尊」的服務理念，透過持續性的人才培育、創新完整的商品線、多元化行銷通路、並結合富邦金控資源，打造差異化優質服務，贏得客戶支持與愛護，矢志成為亞洲一流壽險公司。更全面啟動在地服務，以「樂活人生」、「理財生活」、「健康活力」三大主軸，打造富邦在地生活圈，以實踐提升全民生活品質的目標。在富邦兩個月實習，逐漸地更邁入社會環境一步，從一開始懵懵懂懂的，了解到業務的專業技能，體驗到未曾體驗過的課程。實習跨出人生一步，已經開始要邁入社會的準備，也讓我更多的經歷。
