Abstract:	民國105年7月4日在大台中數位有線電視股份有限公司-人資課單位實習兩個月，在短短兩個月哩，學習到相關人資行政人員的工作項目與工作輪調，並瞭解其他部門工作內容，有助於人資人員在選、用、育、留、才裡，如何選適當的人選，用合適的人，教育他的工作規範，留下好的人才。在勞工保險相關作業裡，必須將每一位員工投保，有一份對勞工們的保障與相關法令，並與瞭解勞保有六大權益給勞工們的保障，分別有：勞保生育給付、勞保傷病給付、勞保職災醫療給付、失能給付、勞保老年給付、死亡給付。
