Abstract:	大學四年畢業後將面臨二項決擇，一是就業，一是升學(研究所)。因此藉由校外實習可以讓我提早接觸社會(產業)，再由產業回饋檢視自我，並提供學校爾後教習課程之參考依據。現以旅行社內勤操作為例，透過實際的工作與體驗，參考相關文獻資料，聚焦實習工作範圍，發現問題癥結，最後提出實習發現與具體建議事項。
