Abstract: 具備抗衝擊,耐高溫、抗化學腐蝕性即可撓性等優點。
可撓性基板選擇非常重要,必須可容忍真空製成、高化學與熱穩定性,其耐高溫與抗腐蝕的特性更是絕佳的選擇。

究不同退火溫度生長氧化鋅奈米柱於不鏽鋼基板之光激發光特性,期望藉由研究找出不鏽鋼不同溫度特性及優點,最後有機會利用於電阻式記憶體(RRAM)。
