Abstract:	本次的校外實習單位是位於台中市北屯區的「兆品酒店」，實習的工作職業為房務員。在大學畢業正式踏入社會的工作職場前，有一個短期的實習機會，能夠比其他人更早一步地做些準備。實習的目的是為了增加社會經驗，實際了解房務員的職務與相關技能。
