Abstract:	本次實習單位是位於台中的商務級飯店「新幹線花園酒店」在這裡為期兩個月的實習裡面我擔任的是早班的櫃檯員，這份工作對我來說有很多未知的考驗以及收穫，在這兩個月裡面讓我對飯店業有更多更多的認識以及概念。
