Abstract:	在進入安可喬治實習之前，我對於海鮮產品不熟，也沒有想過龍蝦、帝王蟹活生生在我面前。在老師的介紹之下，很順利地被錄取，希望藉由實習累積經驗，發覺出我還有不足之處。經由本次時即讓我受益良多，面對客人的方式，如何跟客人溝通，以自然沒有壓力的語氣，像朋友般地介紹。我們跟客人以放鬆的互動方式，讓人感受到好氣氛。主要上增加了我很多信心，我們不僅僅是端菜的服務生，還是個以朋友般的方式來了解客人本次來店用餐尋找的東西，讓每個客人都開開心心的用餐，讓客人對我有好印象，並且記住我。
