Abstract:	本專題旨在製作銑床排削機內檢測鏈輪的鏈輪張力量測器的製作，主要是透過鏈條張力調整器來確認鏈條的鬆緊度，做進一步改善，並最佳化達到噪音降低、速比正確，以及獲取精確檢測數據。我們可知道，鍊條是扮演著很重要的能量傳遞的角色，鏈條裝的太緊、張力過大，會造成鏈條的心軸彎曲折斷及軸承損傷，也會減少本身的壽命，反之，鏈條裝的太鬆、張力過小，會使鍊條易生擺動及噪音，不僅不能得到所期望之動力傳達，且會導致鏈條與鏈輪互相磨損。所以透過鏈條張力調整器來確認鏈條的鬆緊度是否適當，是非常重要的。最佳的鏈條設定，在機器長時間運轉下，就算有鬆弛經過張力調節器也可達到最佳傳遞速比。
