Abstract:	本研究目的是為了尋求一套針對鋼鐵伸線業之生管法則，後續並能作為ERP 主架構以達到ISO9001.9002 16949 之管理目標完善的伸線業ERP 系統應具備以下要素，才符合ERP 企業資源整合(Enterprise Resources Planning)的精神機台中心制作為系統之主架構符合實際流程的操作介面,並能簡化現場及人員操作的流程以達到效率最大化、成本最小化的訴求。能提供經理人足夠的數據，作為營運策略及方向的決策依據。能提供中階主管足夠的數據，作為提升管理及生產效率的依據公司資源的整合資訊基層人員，績效數據透明化
