Abstract:	在大學一年級到三年級這之間所學 HRM、HRD、HRP等課程，一路來的成長與學習盼望能夠在未來職場上發揮，修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系提供實習機會，使所學到的專業知識能夠運用在暑假實習單位，實習單位是顧問服務業，涵蓋的營業服務項目很廣，正如我所學習到的人資專業領域，如：TTQS 助理、TTQS輔導日誌撰寫、講義製作、協助美新會計作業等等。
