Abstract:	在實習過程中會發現顧問行業其實跟人資的關係並不有太多的交集，顧問行業基本上是由某的領域或是某個行業的專業人士又或者是頂尖人物轉型成為顧問去輔助他人的行業，雖是這麼說，但顧問行業也不適那麼好經營的行業，雖說是某個行業的菁英，但還是要有其他有交集的產業知識才有辦法知道問題的解決辦法，還有對政府政策的應變方法，以及如何將顧戶的產品發揮的舞台，還有對於針對問題的準確度以不拖泥帶水的態度來解決，這才是顧問所需要的東西。
