Abstract:	老師是一位擁有許多勞資方面的知識的人，在於勞資法條上他有許多經驗，許多公司也都會請他來幫忙，為他們公司制定一個完善的工作手冊，內容中有我們在實習當中所學習到工作手冊跟如何計算退休金，在於舊制與新制上有那些不一樣，和擬定勞資契約的方式，如何可以有效的管理一家公司。
