Abstract:	一直以來都沒想過會有接觸到法律的工作，剛上大學選擇這個科系，也以為是與管理學有關而已，做了這個工作之後，我發現其實做人資很多事情都是跟法律有關，畢竟一間公司一定要合法，才能長久經營下去，在學校聽了很多，但去實習時還是覺得自己很不成熟，與其在學校聽老師講那麼多，不如實際去外面學習。
