Abstract:	在大學一年級的時候很多人會去打工，當時家人不贊成我出外打工怕影響學業，但是我覺得打工，其實有很多樂趣的。這件事會讓你知道，付出勞力才有收穫，而且這種勞力，必須做好做滿，不是隨便做人家就會給你錢。當你拿到手中的幾千元，是你招呼客人、付出勞力，才能得到的報酬，你會更知道這個份錢得來不易。很多學生在大四的課程選擇了實習，實習不但可以讓學生在踏入職場前，先試過水溫，而且可以先讓自己先去適應職場生活及壓力，更是有很多例子畢業後即就業，可見實習的重要性。從工作中可以知道產業的特色，及相關行業，了解優勢劣勢，人才培訓過程、可學習到的實用技能、最後從結論中讓未來將踏入職場的學弟妹們給予建議，並從中認識產業，可讓未來的選擇更多樣化，就職更順利。
