Abstract:	我選擇的三明治實習的工廠是在雲林土庫落花生生產合作社實習，我在這裡學到了許多，像是專業知識與工作技能，並了解合作社是如何經營與運作以及分配人力方面的工作等等，這些都是非常寶貴的經驗，還有很多事情都是我很想了解與學習的。希望能藉此實習的機會，能夠收穫滿滿，在實習結束後，我會繼續留任，因為從一開始我就對這個工作相當有興趣，希望之後能過學習到更多東西。
