Abstract:	三明治校外實習教學計畫最主要是讓學生能透過實習了解職場上的運作，工作態度、責任心等等都是評估自己在這職位上的價值。在職場上我們要對新環境應變能力強、保有一顆上進的心、負責任的態度、學習能力佳等等，這些都是在職場上所需具備的工作態度。這次實習的公司是興農集團旗下的台灣楓康超市股份有限公司，係屬於超市部門，超市裡的第一線人員就是我們，負責站在櫃台結帳收銀、服務顧客的人，退換貨或是顧客抱怨也是我們在負責處理，是一個很不輕鬆會耗費很大精神力的工作。
