Abstract:	本實習報告在敘述於在台灣楓康超市-東山店實習當中的這11個月半的過程分析與探討。在台灣，楓康超市一直是以照顧全家人的30年的健康為理念，將最健康，最有安全保證的食品提供給許多客人，銷售的東西也比其他競爭者多，販賣的東西也很廣；且在實習的過程與收穫都是自己得來不易的職場經驗。本報告從剛進入公司、認識公司的背景與理念、實習負責的單位及內容、結論與建議所整理出的一份實習報告。
