Abstract:	在實習的一年中，我學習到很多，學到與同事之間的相處，還有當發市一些糾紛或者客人的一些問題當下的靈機反應，在實習的過程中，就是讓我們提早進入社會，讓我們知道社會人士的相處模式，學校班排實習，就是想讓我們提早進入社會，並且先去了解社會，當我實習後，學會了負責，從很多前輩身上學到許多，在我們畢業之後我們也是要踏入職場，在大學時期學校安排讓我們提早進入職場，這是一種學習也是一種磨練，並且對自己做過的事情負責，學會負責任。
