Title: FePd 薄膜磁性之研究

Abstract: 面心正方結構的L10-FePd薄膜具有高磁晶異向性能、飽和磁化量和居里溫度,故近來倍受關注。雖然L10-FePd的本質磁特性與其他的L10合金系相近,但目前研究的結果顯示FePd的外質磁性較其它L10合金差,尤其是矯頑磁力。磁性應用中,都傾向垂直發展,可降低熱擾動的影響。FePd磁性薄膜也是如此,在過去已有很多研究,例如使用Mgo(001)單晶基板,將FePd磊晶於其上誘導出(001)取向;使用分子束磊晶製備多層膜態的超晶格結構,將Fe與Pd依比例層層堆疊後也可以製備出垂直結構;或使用非晶基板,加入晶格常數相似於FePd的緩衝層,其目的是利用晶格不匹配效果的使c軸獲得應變,可以達到類似單晶基板的效果。
