Abstract:	主要以四軸飛行器為主體，利用內部程式搭配GPS做出自動追蹤的功能，在限定範圍內只要有手持裝置，以及可搭載攝影機，會將此人的目前狀態回報系統，加以整理後統計資料列成一個表單。此系統利用Mission Planner來模擬飛行狀態，然後在特定幾個區域飛行，收集數據並分析狀況，測試是否能夠收到資料，驗證是否能夠達到預期中的效果。　　我們預計的目標是做出一個有辦法在養老院或幼稚園監測老人或孩童的狀況，蒐集資料，將即時狀況透過這個系統回報給管理員，做其反應並加以實施對策。
