Abstract:	快速返回機構, 也稱為急回機構(Quick return mechanism) ,常應用於工具機機構中。因滑件曲柄機構長度與其倒置機構的連桿機構的長度,將影響快返機構之往返行為,為要證實尺寸的不同會影響到此機構的效率問題而進行製作與實驗。快返機構模型設計構思需考量製作技術上的可行性與工程分析上的完備，製作技術面可以慢慢訓練而成，但是工程分析是一門多面性的學問，需較長養成過程。零件製作需考量零件的耐久度，避免零件因為結構應力較高而影響最終產品，這些都需要經過計算和設計,另還要考慮到材質的老化或是疲勞，在快返機構實體製作,曾使用壓克力料與3D列印料時未先計算質量與應力需求,以致結果不理想,在大家的討論之下我們決定使用了密度較高的鋁料,完成後仍發現些許組裝上的缺失,以期日後能進行改良設計之。
