Abstract:	在這有多種食物選擇的生活中，讓人們會選擇性的挑食或只吃某幾樣東西，導致身體機能受到影響，此為專題動畫發想的原因。故事開頭寫著主角在餐桌上與家人溫馨的吃飯，但因為長期的偏食導致身體機能受到影響所以昏倒了。故事中間以擬人化的手法描述肉霸凌青菜來訴說著飲食不均衡，到了結尾，醫生走來告訴他昏倒的原因，使主角開始了解飲食均衡的重要性。
