Abstract: 在這種溫度調控方式造成當早晚溫差大或春夏秋冬時需有經驗工作人員,須要人工調整以避免吹瓶成形失敗造成製程不順遂與成本提升的社會中,針對全自動PET吹瓶機的瓶胚加熱系統進行技術升級設計與實現,以改善國內業者以固定熱能方法進行PET瓶胚加熱程序。設計架構一工業級的單通道PET瓶胚加熱器機構,該單通道加熱器機構具雙面加熱功能以達到熱傳導能力,熱能元件是採用工業使用之遠紅外線石英加熱管,以建構出PET 吹瓶機的瓶胚加熱系統。
