Abstract:	隨著時代的進步，３Ｃ電子產業蓬勃發展，手機、電腦也愈漸以融入在現代人的生活、工作中。經常看到人們長時間保持同一個姿勢使用３Ｃ電子產品，頸椎長期受到不良姿勢影響，容易造成頸椎間盤退行性變、頸椎骨質增生等等一系列的綜合症狀，導致頸椎病也一同滲入到人們的生活之中。本專題提出一個簡易的裝置，可以適時提醒這些不論是有意或無意而長期低頭的人士，回到正確的姿勢，避免頸椎在不知不覺中受到傷害。
