Abstract:	本報告主要在說明學生參與安心人力資源公司之暑期實習成果，實習單位主要業務為外籍勞工之人力仲介業務，在兩個月內的實習期間內，多次與社會人士交談不論是雇主、勞工、公家機關人員，參與實習生了解行政業務與客服業務之內容，並學習正確引進勞工的基本程序更加了解就業服法之相關法令，以及在面對客戶時因具備的專業知識及面對客戶時該有的職場態度，本次實習對於將進入職場的學生可提前獲取職場經驗與人力資源仲介業因具備專業、態度、應對客戶能力，並對未來求職提供更完善的準備。
